Paralegal Case Manager

Our highly trained team of Paralegal Case Managers are the key to ensuring that our clients wishes are being fulfilled lawfully and to a high standard. This role is perfect for those who have recently completed their LLB or those who have experience working in a busy legal environment with an understanding of Private Client services such as Will Writing, Power of Attorney Documentation, Residential Conveyancing and Executry Services.

Our team of Paralegal Case Managers have a range of responsibilities which include keeping consistent communication with clients throughout every stage of the process, preparing Wills & Power of Attorney documents – ensuring that the process is completed to a high standard, assisting our various departments when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills and be able to work under pressure. Applicants should be able to work independently using initiative as well as part of a team. Computer literacy is essential to this role, as well as competency in all Microsoft applications

Estate Planning Consultant

Estate Planning Consultants are vital in ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service we can provide, our Consultants visit clients in their home, host the appointments in our office or via telephone. This is a sales role and is well suited to those who have at least 3 years’ experience in achieving sales targets as well as those who are able to develop organic sales opportunities.

This role is perfect for individuals who have a confident and personable personality who present themselves to clients as articulate, professional and motivated to provide clients with a personalised experience that they would recommend to their friends and family.

This role requires the applicant to be in possession of a valid, full driving licence.

Call Centre Associate

Our Centre Associates are the frontline of our growing business, they work tirelessly to ensure that our services reach as many clients as possible. This role is a shift working role and is best suited to those who are looking for a role with flexibility.

Candidates should have experience managing high volumes of both inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Our Associates follow a script in order to assist clients with a range of topics and questions – the script also aids the Associate in determining which services would be best for potential clients. Call Centre Associates should be able to use their excellent attitude and empathy towards clients in order to build sustainable relationships with clients. Applicants should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This is a sales role and applicants should have an understanding of the services of Thomas Bradley as well as experience in working individually and part of a team to meet and exceed personal and team targets.
