Unlike traditional law firms who dedicate just one month each year to aiding charities in return for their will writing services. Thomas Bradley & Co provide our Free Will Writing services year-round to those over the age of fifty in Scotland and the North of England as part of our Will Writing for Charity Initiative.
Become a Charity Partner
Thomas Bradley & Co have supported charities across the UK for many years by raising donations when clients utilise our Free Will Writing Service. We will continue to do this, but we now want to take this one step further by inviting you to become a charity partner and take advantage of a great service for your supporters, but also benefit from support we can offer your charity.
Our mission is to help individuals leave a meaningful and lasting legacy for their loved ones. We understand that many people are not aware of the importance of estate planning and the impact it can have on their family and future generations. We aim to educate and empower our clients, making the process simple and accessible.

How It Works
We offer a Free Will Writing Service to anyone aged over 50, along with your staff and volunteers. All we ask is that they consider leaving a Gift in their Will to your charity.
Your staff, volunteers and supporters will receive a free home visit, with our Estate Planning Consultants being available till 8pm from Monday to Friday. Where necessary, we can attend weekends through special appointments.
We provide you with full details of legacies pledged, and/or donations given to your organisation. If the client consents to sharing information regarding their legacy details, we will provide you with their contact information. Lastly, we will also report any legacies that mature when the client passes away.
With your help, we will engage with your service users, supporters, staff, and volunteers to advise them on estate planning to ensure they look after themselves in later life and do their best to protect their assets for future generations.

A digital leaflet promoting these services, which can be circulated to staff and volunteers and emailed out to supporters and service users. We will also prepare and print bespoke leaflets for your organisation at no additional charge.
