    A Will is legally valid when the person who has made it i.e. the testator has: Made it voluntarily Was of sound mind and capacity Made it in writing Signed it in the presence of two witnesses The Will signed by the 2 witnesses in your presence. If your current Will is your latest Will, it will be legally valid. However, if there are updates or changes that need to be made to your Will, it is better to carry out a Will Review and make those changes as promptly as possible.
